*Received as a Christmas gift. I had a single cup Keurig before. *Pump is loud while brewing . Is this a common? *Clock time advances. I have to reset at least once per week. Is there a fix for this? "Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review"

To much whiz and not enough bang

I got my brewer the 1st week of January switching from a Tassimo the beginning of Febuary it broke I called Kerug and she told me to get a paper clip coffee grounds were stuck having a Tassimo for over a year that never happened....with the 2.0 it doesn't take every K cup so you can't just buy any K cups you want most of the flavors I like are the ones that the 2.0 don't take....the coffee isn't as hot as I would like it to be

Cons: Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Long Brew Time

We use the coffe maker at least twice each day. It brews quickly and heats up quickly for the next cup. I also like the 4-cup pot. My wife likes this one much better than our previous Keurig, which was 4 years old. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
