Don't like the selection of sizes.

Disappointed in the cups oz, sizings. Have to brew 8 oz then rebrew a 4 oz to make 12 oz cup of coffee. Can't change the temp of the water.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Loud, Needs More Size Selection, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I enjoy my 2.0 everyday, usually twice a day! And having the carafe at the ready for company is a big plus! I do wish Keurig would program the brewer to dispense in odd amounts as my 12oz cup always looks like it's missing some coffee when it has only 10oz in it. I usually brew another 4 oz to top it off. No complaints at all though. Great products all around!
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to clean, Easy to use

Initially the machine worked great, but then after about 1 month, the coffee just barely dribbled out. We tried the paperclip to clean it out, but still just dribbles. So disappointed!

Use it everyday for coffee, hot chocolate,and iced tea. It is fast and convenient. Very disappointed that I cannot use my own coffee. Also, it does splash A LOT when brewing.

We really like this. It has more features than our older one, It's quieter,faster, more stylish, and allows us to change the strength of the coffee after it has been automatically set by the package. I recommend this to anyone who wants one to four cups at a time.

I bought the Snapple K-cups for iced tea and mine did not recognize it as a K-cup. It gave me that OOPs prompt. None of the cups to put your own coffee in work anymore. Otherwise it is a great product, but if you want to use your own coffee, not going to work.

Overall, very pleased with our new Keurig 2.0 It was a Christmas present. However, miss the brew basket option, as our older Keurig model had. I would prefer a sturdier, thermal karafe also.
Cons: Karafe Not Thermal, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Karate Flimsy For Price

This isn't my first Keurig- I also have 2 others, but by far my favorite. The only thing that I completely HATE is that I can use anything but the special labeled KCups. So unless I order from Keurig and have them shipped then I get to go to a few different stores to get all of the different flavors or products that I like, since not one store I go to has all of the different choices. That is the only thing that I wish was different on this machine.
