I love my coffee maker

I enjoy being able to have a cup of coffee at my fingertips. Brews strong enough for me which some do not. love that i can smell the coffee brewing. What i did not like is that i left a brewing cup in it and it clog up and was not able to fix till I called in frustrated me that where he told me to clean was not in the book.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Brews quickly, Can Smell The Coffee Brew, Large Pot, Stylish, Easy to use, Easy to clean
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Great system for the home office guy!

For years, I would brew a pot of coffee and wind up tossing most of it out and wasting a lot of money on expensive brands. The K-Carafe product provided me with a great way to brew exactly what I needed without having to dump out half a pot at the end of the day, and the coffee options are terrific. My only issue with the brewer is that it is restrictive in the products you can use. You can't use the reusable cups to brew your own coffee, and you can't use the KCups that aren't specifically designed to use with the 2.0 system. I've adjusted to the limitation, and it's not a big deal, but I know that was a big turn off for many when they were considering the new system. There are a couple of brands that haven't made it to the 2.0 system yet, but most have, so there's enough variety to keep even the most finnicky of coffee folks happy.

I was skeptical of buying the 2.0 system because of the reviews that I read, then I realized they had a common complaint of the machine not compatible with old k-cups. I was out of old cups and usually buy my coffee directly from Keurig so this was not a factor for me. I love this machine. No problems so far and it is easy to use. I like the ability to make the larger coffees for when there is company over. I have not had to clean it yet, but the videos on the site help. Overall great machine. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

The 2.0 is our 3rd Keurig. We use it everyday. Love having fresh brewed cup of coffee at anytime of day without having to brew a whole pot. Only wish brew cups were a lot more affordable. Can't afford to get them most of the time.

I wish the carafe would keep coffee hot. This coffeemaker is great because I can have caffeinated coffee and my husband can have decaffeinated.
