What a surprise

I entertain alot, and like to offer flavors and regular, this fits the bill perfectly. I love coffee in a minute when I get up in the morning..and in a couple minutes whenever I want....and love to brew tea in it too. Thanks keurig for the free packs for this review

Unable to use my choice of coffee and can ONLY use K-cups and no filter. Liked OLD machine better.

How I use my K560, (which is not even listed) is for coffee and hot chocolate for my daughter. Things that are great about my K560 is that the coffee and hot chocolate taste great. My daughter loves that she can make her own hot chocolate without any help. The only not so great is that I wish the water tank was a little bit bigger and there should be a K-Carafe for hot chocolate. But other than that I have no complaints. I have not gone back to Starbucks since I purchased my Keurig K-560 which made my wife extremely happy. $$$$$$$$$

I use this for my husband and me multiple times per day. I use it for coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and dispensing hot water. I LOVE IT!!! The only things I'd change would be to be able to preselect an amount of hot water to dispense and then push the button rather than holding it down, and I'd change the clock accuracy. My clock gains more than 5 minutes every week.

Nice, but more limited than i hoped

I was a longtime user of the Keurig 1.0 and then bought 2.0. Like almost everyone else on the planet, i am disgusted by the fact that the nearly 100 capsules that i had for the 1.0 system no longer work due to the proprietary system keurig now uses. Between that and the fact that i cannot brew a 12 oz. Cup of coffee leaves me a bit cold on the new system. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Holds A Lot Of Water, Brews quickly
Cons: Can Only Brew 10 Oz, Limited Features

I use the machine several times a day, morning and night. I love being able to set a pot to brew in the morning when I work super early and need a few cups to wake up. As always the variety of coffee flavors is excellent. My only real complaint so far is the carafe doesn't retain heat well and the coffee cools very quickly. The machine runs smooth, controls are easy and filling up the water is much more convenient than with previous machines. I am also pleased with the addition of the water purifier in the reserve tank, a bonus to maintenance. I love my new machine, its my precious.

I love all things keurig! This is a great product. Some dissapointing issues: -no temperature control, like the vue -only 2 sizes to choose from -should be quieter I would love to see all aspects of original, vue and 2.0 together. I own 4 keurigs, went to one (2.0) and found that I had to purchase All new k-cups. This was a big expense considering we have all kinds of beverages. Good news we did get some coupons for free k-cups, but still lost lots of money.
Pros: Sleek design, Large reservoir, Brews Great Quality
Cons: Vue Cups Didn't Work, Needs Temperature Control, Beverages Cool To Quickly, Only New K-cups Will Work, Only 2 Size Selections
