Other than the time not keeping up. Coffee grounds do get caught in eye of back needle occasionally.

I use this product each and every day. Knowing that I will have the same great taste each and every time is what I am talking about. If there is any one thing that I woulkd approve on it would be that the coffe being a little hotter when first brewed.

This is a great brewer that may be seen by many as a minor upgrade over the Keurig 1.0 brewer(s). Specifically, the brewer does do the majority of operations that the 1.0 does and also includes a few new options, such as the option to make the brew "bolder." The only complaint I had when I initially purchased the machine was the lack of options for the K-Cup Carafe packs and also the fact I could not use "my old" K-Cups simply because they did not feature the new label "technology." Fast forwarding to this moment, those initial complaints don't really hold any importance now except for the fact that I have noticed the 2.0 brewer does not brew coffee at the same high temperature that many 1.0 brewers do. I state this because I have used at least three DIFFERENT 1.0 brewers, at work and office, after I purchased my 2.0 and the coffee made with the 1.0 machines, using the same variety of K-Cup, was much hotter. There is the possibility that my 2.0 simply doesn't brew correctly or that I am a not familiar with an option on the 2.0 to indeed make the coffee hotter. Or maybe its just me and all this technology and advancement of the "interwebs" is too much for my simple mind to comprehend. Gotta lay off the excess consumption of my favorite K-Cup "REVV" or I will be writing this review all day! To sum it all up, which the reader will gratefully shout with sarcastic joy that its finally over, I am very satisfied with the Keurig 2.0 K550 brewer and I feel it will only improve as time goes by. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

My main grievance with the new 2.0 model is, of course, the inability to use my old supply of k cups. I think it's a great revamped model that needs some more tweaking, i.e. the fact that it splatters all over when I brew a beverage, it's louder than my previous model, it's useless for hot water, and it's should have a "favorites" feature so I don't have to override the default setting every day. Aside from that, I like the large reservoir, the looks of it and the fact that I get to say: "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
Pros: Nice Touchscreen, Large water reservoir
Cons: Loud, Splatters Coffee, Long Brew Time, Not Customizable Enough, Can't Use Old K Cups
