We recently purchased the K550 only because our previous Keurig died after two full years of multiple times per day daily use. We love the style of the new K550, the ability to choose a strong brew, and the larger water reservoir. We will remain loyal Keurig users for many years to come!

I like how easy this brewer to set size and strength! It is the best Kerrigan so far. Took me a bit to get used to only certain kcups fitting this machine but really liked everything else

I use my 2.0 every day. It brews quickly and my coffee is always nice and hot for on the go! My only small complaint would be the cleaning of the K Cup holder. It doesn't seem very easy to clean. However, other than that I love my new brewer.

I really love using my Keurig. I really like that my husband can use it for coffe and I can brew my tea right after. And I love that I can get hot water only if I want. The only draw back is you have to hold the button down the whole time your hot water is coming out. My husband was hesitant that he would like it at first. But he is now convinced. :) Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Why not a way to brew my own coffee bean

Would like the Keurig even better if it had a cup that I could use my own special coffee in instead of being limited to only Keurig cups, carafe. You sell bags of coffee but can't use them in the unit.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Small Pot
