My Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing System

I upgraded my original Keurig to the Keurig 2.0 and am extremely happy with my choice. If I had a negative, it was that I did not know that my original K-Cups did not work in Keurig 2.0. When I explained to Customer Service about this issue, the graciously agreed to replace my original K-Cups with the new style. I especially like the fact that I can choose to make my coffee stronger at the push of a button. I can highly recommend the new Keurig 2.0.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Easy to clean
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

The 10 oz. is not enough for my cup. The older machine was able to fill my cup. I think this is way to get us to buy more coffee and get me to spend more money. And I don't like it

We love our Keurig. I have a cup of tea everynight and this is so easy and quick. We use it for the weekends, coffee on demand. having a great time trying all the flavors, there are so many to choose from. Wish we would have bought it a long time ago. Never knew what we were missing

Best Christmas Present Ever

Received the K2.0-550 for Christmas from my wife in 2014. So far I love the ability to have coffee anytime without having to make a pot. Love it for evening tea and morning coffee. The only problems are the limited time the carafe will keep coffee hot and limited availability of K-Carafe pods. I haven't tried the stainless steel carafe yet, that may keep the coffee hotter longer than the standard plastic one supplied with the pot.

I love my keurig. It's quite and fast. The carafe is an awesome feature. It's extremely easy to use and ready in seconds. There is a big variety of k-cups to choose from at excellent prices.

I was very exited about the carafe. Used it 2 -3 times a day. Didn't stay hot so poured out lots of coffee. Some times the brew amount would be wrong or would not brew at all. Loved the hot water feature but not enough amount. All and all, I went back to my original Keurig. Was sadly disappointed in the K550 model.
