We have many family members with varied tastes in coffee. The Keurig allows each to prepare their special blends quickly. I am sensitive to the acid in coffee so I like the ease of getting hot water for my instant coffee. The K-Carafe capibility is intriguing but have not yet had an opportunity to use it.

I love being able to vary the strength of my coffee. My husband and I use our Keurig 3 to 4 times a day and don't know how we survived without it. It's so easy to use. We have never had any problems with it. We received this as a gift from Keurig and were thrilled. We had an older model and loved it!! And thanks Keurig for the 2 free packages of coffee!
