Overall I like it, with a few cons.

We use the machine multiple times per day, both single cups and carafe. The lighting, strong brew and timer are great! The carafe cups do not come in enough variety, and the carafe that comes with it is not insulated. We have found it satisfactory so far, but would like the flexibility to use non-K cups especially since there is such a limited option in carafe pods. I love my new keurig, my last was old and having old age issues. The new model is great, so many new options. I can brew a carafe of I can brew several different sizes. The technology on this mode, tells me when anything is needed! Love it!

I set the brewer to come on at the time I get up and it is always ready to brew the best coffee you could think of. This is our second Keurig brewer as I thought it would be good for family to have a brewer that would brew a carafe.

I love my Keurig. I travel around and am never in one place for long but I always bring my Keurig with me. I dog sit and live between Las Vegas and Texas and love to travel. I can always count on a good hot cup of delicious coffee with my brewer by my side. My new favorite is the Kahlua brand. Add a touch of flavored creamer and it beats any cup of coffee I can purchase. Also love making iced tea or iced coffee in the heat of summer!!

I use my Keurig 2.0 K550 on a daily basis. I love the design and look of this new brewer. The quality of coffee it produces is superior. Sometimes coffee stays hot and sometimes not. I don't like the fact that you can't use vinegar to clean simply because vinegar is cheaper. After K-cup has brewed the handle has steam on it and my other brewer doesn't do that. But when I called I was told that was okay just wait about taking K-cup out. I'm in the habit of taking K-cup out as soon as finished brewing to prevent any clogging. Pleased with everything else, very stylish.

I use it everyday for hot and cold drinks. I love the 5 different brew sizes and the option for "strong" coffee. I also like being able to brew in the carafe pot, but I wish the coffee would stay hot longer than 25 minutes. I am really enjoying my keurig 550 2.0 !!!! I think you will too :-)

I like a cup of coffee a day so the keurig was a perfect machine for me to get. I received it as a gift this past Christmas and it's definitely seen it's use. Not only do I use it for coffee, I use it for other drinks as well as a few unconventional uses like Cup O' Soups and stuff that just need hot water to cook them. I was glad I got the 550 because it's truly top of the line. There's so many things you can do with it! I like the fact that you can have the Keurig shut off after a certain amount of time. I also like that you can set the times to automatically turn it on and off, which makes it convenient when you need a quick coffee before you're out the door to work or anywhere else. The strong brew function is one I found truly interesting. I wasn't sure if it would actually make the coffee stronger but it does! There's so many other functions I thought were a great addition like all of the different cup options you can use. The carafe I haven't had the chance to use yet, but it's nice to have the option of making a whole pot when more people want to share the joys of a hot beverage with you. There is only one thing that I had to dock a star off for and that's the fact that you can't use any non-Keurig k-cups in the brewer or your reusable K-cup for your own ground coffees. The others allow you to do so, and by limiting what you can and can't put in it also can lower your sales that way. Other than that I think it's an amazing coffee maker that has so many uses! I really enjoy using it and it makes life simplier. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
