Always set at 8 ounces, have to adjust to desired to ounces every time if you do not want 8 ounces. Coffee not hot enough, also limited to 6 ounces of hot water at a time, to have a cup of tea it takes more time. Very disappointed. Like my old brewer better carafe or not nothing great about this product.
Cons: Can't Select Heat Temps, Limited Amount Of Hot Wat, Can't Save Cup Size
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

should have an alternative on off switch in the back, because the touchscreen stops working, and you are unable to change the settings. I prefer the other Keurigs 2.0 is not worth it to me..
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Large Pot
Cons: Complicated Controls, Long Brew Time, The Touchscreen Stops
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this on 12/5 with all the accessories (over $350) and had to return it after 15 days because I just couldn't take it anymore. 1) It did NOT make 12oz cups like my previous brewer did using K-Cups. ALL of my mugs are 12oz and I am not going to buy special Vue cups for it, K-Cups are fine! This was my biggest gripe. 2) No setting found for cup temperature? It definitely did not measure 192 degrees. I had to microwave every cup I made. This machine would be great for a ice coffee... 3) Powering on the machine sometimes turned itself off within 3 seconds, before it reached the Preheating screen. I would need to turn it on again. 4) The "brew hot water" screen keeps showing after I take out the K-Cup and closing the handle. Super annoying to see and looks like an Ad. I don't want hot water so don't show me this option! 5) I need to HOLD down the button for water and it stops after a certain amount? Seriously.... 6) It is sad to see so many videos and info about how to "hack" the 2.0 to accept other K-cups. Just let the community use whatever they want and let it go. 7) It should of came with a thermal carafe and not a cheap plastic one. I had to buy the thermal one separately for another $40. 8) The unit never really turns off totally. The onscreen is always on since that is where the power button is. I would much rather have a physical button for the power than relying on the display. The 2.0 looks like a great product and is really the only thing going for it, but using this machine as the 1st thing in the morning will start your day off on the wrong foot, each and every time.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Turns Off Sometimes, No 12oz Cup Size, No temperature setting, Power Button Is Onscreen
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

just want to say I loved the brewer but and that is a big but....You can't use other coffees in it. Bought is and went and bought all these different coffee and couldn't use them. Wasn't happy... so I sent it back...should be able to make other choices...bought a cheeper on...I think you have to change that option. I know other people that took it back for that reason.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Durable
Cons: Can't Use Other Coffees
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

initial thoughts

Got our 560 today thanks for the free upgrade (ordered a 550) . My initial thoughts of the brewer are positive. We love our Keurig Vue so much that while I am stationed here in Belgium we have it hooked up to a 2000 watt step down rather than buy the local equivalent. We decided to upgrade because of the lack of Vue cup availability here. I would recommend simply because of my love of Keurig Positives- -Huge selection of various drinks. -overall aesthetically pleasing with several cosmetic bells and whistles. -COFFEE Cons - DRM on coffee- really keurig free trade is not the enemy. -cup selection sizes- Please let me brew a 14 oz cup for me to bring to work (I am aware of "hacks" for both of these issues but should it really be necessary -loud -its considerably louder than our Vue machine.
Pros: Selection, Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Small Pot, Limited Features, Brew Size Selections, Drm

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Best of Both Worlds

I love the 2.0 because it combines the huge variety of available K-cup beverages with smart technology that allows the brewer to do a lot more than brew a single cup, even though it does that perfectly, too. I don't personally brew travel mug sizes or pots, but having the Vue and K-carafe functionality is really cool, especially since I know there are others for whom this would be a selling point. It really has the best of both worlds -- it's a great single-cup brewer and a fully functional system for more complex and larger beverages. Before receiving this brewer, I have always been an on-and-off coffee drinker because of the time and mess which are involved with using other brewers (we received a Mr. Coffee as a house-warming gift, and it was only ever used maybe a dozen times in two years). I was more likely to head to Starbucks than to start up my brewer at home. The 2.0 definitely solves that problem. It couldn't be simpler to brew a cup and to go about my business, but by far the best part is that the quality is consistent. There was nothing worse with the old brewer than to have a cup and find myself wondering how I deviated badly enough using the same products and methods to wind up with an undrinkable cup. This is never the case with the Keurig! I'm sure I'll be a life-long customer!
Pros: Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Large Beverage Variety, Durable, Convenient, Stylish, Large water reservoir, Programmable
