Another great Keurig Brewer!

The only issue we found - we had K-cups that did not work on this brewer. However, Keurig was great and replaced the boxes I had that did not work. And Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

In Love with my new brewer

I use my brewer everyday all day :) I am a coffee addict. I love all the settings on this brewer and that you can time it to turn on and off. The thing I do not like about this brewer is that the new feature that you can brew a pot of coffee let me down. The pot that you brew in DOES NOT stay warm. I invited a friend over for coffee and after our first cup..and 7 minutes later the coffee was stone cold. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review

It stops up and I have to push a tooth pick or something sharp into the opening where the sharp park punctures the k-cup and then it just drips until it is cleaned. Also, it seems to mess up the brewing cycle when this happens. I have friends that returned their brewer because of this. Also, miss being able to use other brands of coffee.

Best Keurig I have Owned

this drewer does brew a little slower than past brewers. The supplied caraffe does not keep coffee hot. over all I still love this coffee brewer have recommended it to others and will continue to do so. Looking forward to see what beverages will be available in the future.

I love the quick brewing along with choice of cup size. It would be nice to have a bigger carafe and thermal. I love the convenience of single cup brewing.

We received a K450 as a replacement for the platinum brewer; when it arrived the coffee tasted like plastic, we contacted the company, they sent another one, after a thorough cleaning by us, it still tasted like plastic. We called again, Keurig replaced it with the K550, it showed up, we plugged it in, followed the set-up instructions and it has been brewing beautifully since. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love this product because its also user friendly for loose tea. I make coffee too but would like to learn how to use the timed auto brew. This is the only function I need help to figure out.

Carafe packs don't brew enough coffee

We set it to brew a carafe pack to wake up to, but end up having to also brew a Kcup to make enough coffee for 2 mugs. Was expecting to at least get 3 mugs of coffee (30-32 oz.) per carafe pack. Would recommend, but with that disclaimer. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.
