We like the appearance We prefer 12 ounce coffee pours...this one only goes up to 10 ounce. Big flaw for us. We were accepting of not being able to use other brands, but, limiting how many ounces was ridiculous The machine looks nice and has a large tank. It seems more awkward to fill tank when removing and putting back....spills while putting tank back on.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Doesnt Brew 12 Ounce Size, Limited Features, Cant Use Other Brands

I watched a segment about this brewer and thought I need to get this. I got it at a great price and it came with a lot of great things. I was sad when I set it up and I could not use some of my K cups. That was OK because I just took the old ones to work. I buy my coffee from your website and ALWAYS get a good deal. With my new brewer I even went as far to "Jazz" it red with the cool color decals you can buy. I was nervous about switching to the new one but I really do love it!!! Last but not least.... Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review :)

Not as good as the older ones

It is loud when it starts in the morning on the timer, then louder when it actually brews sounds like a ticking. Hot water feature would be great if you did not have to hold the button and not get too much. It is faster. It also does not take anything without a round white ring around the k-cup so no maxwell house and other brands, its very temperamental.

Cons: Hot Water Is Only 6oz, Hold Button For Hot Water, Loud

I drink 2 to 4 cups daily and use the carafe every weekend. Love the flavor selection and the ability to brew a stronger cup. Being able to brew so many styles of k cups and so many flavors to choose from make using this brewer amazing...

I really enjoy my Keurig 2.0 on a daily basis!! It's so nice to get a perfectly brewed cup of joe whenever I need one, without all the fuss of a regular coffee maker or the waste! I found that I wasted a lot of coffee with my regular coffee pot, and I hate wasting my hard earned money. SO Keurig 2.0 was one of the best decisions I could have made! Thanks Keurig!!

I used to make too much coffee and drank too much everyday. Now I could make what I enjoy a cup or caffe at a time. I also find it so much easier to brew a cup of my favorite tea. Finally my children love brewing me a cup or their own Hot Chocolate. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for the review.
