This brewer was a Christmas gift for me and my wife. The karafe is just the finishing touches on what was already a near perfect breaking system. Would recommend to all my friends. Also, if you are a regular drinker, I reccomend the 550 due to the reservoir capacity. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I purchased this product for home use.all family members (4 persons ) use it daily.we are all satisfied with it the great thing is each individual can make his own cup with his favourable taste,the only thing that isn't so great with it are the prices of the K-cups they are a little bit expensive ! The 2.0 is use every day during the morning and used heavy on the weekends and during times of family gatherings. Enjoy the use of both Veu-Cups and K-Cups as well as the Carafe-Cups. Provides a variety of cup sizes and allow for multiple cups.

I absolutely love this coffee maker! The beauty of this brewer is the ability to both make individual cups as wanted or a whole pot. It has definitely increased my coffee consumption for those times that I just want a cup instead of having to consume an entire pot. The device itself brews quickly and quietly, providing a consistent cup of beverage. The hinged lid on the reservoir also makes refilling quick and clean. This is a great system that I highly recommend!

The hot water feature is too complicated. Old keurig system didn't require that you hold down the button until finished dispensing hot water. Also a tall mug still doesn't fit under it.

I am glad to have upgraded to the new 550 brewer. The only thing I didn't like when I first purchased it was the fact that no where in the advertising did it say you can't use your old k-cups if they didn't have a band around the top. I'm sure the news is now old.....any coffee you purchase now (at least thru Keurig) has that band on the lid of the k-cups. Unfortunately for me, I had at least 10 unopened boxes in my basement that I had to pass on to family who had the old brewers. The coffee got used but I was out the $$$$. Use up your old k-cups first. Otherwise, the brewer is nice and works perfectly.

The New Keurig 2.0 Brewer

I upgraded my original Keurig to the Keurig 2.0 and am extremely happy with my choice. If I had a negative, it was that I did not know that my original K-Cups did not work in Keurig 2.0. When I explained to Customer Service about this issue, the graciously agreed to replace my original K-Cups with the new style. I especially like the fact that I can choose to make my coffee stronger at the push of a button. I can highly recommend the new Keurig 2.0. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
