My wife and I are retired and wake up every morning with one of several Keurig coffees we have found we like most. We have also found ourselves having coffee in the afternoon or evening(frequently decaf) on a fairly frequent basis. The brewer is easy to use and the variety of coffee is terrific.

Very well made, the only reason for four stars, the clock has to be reset often due to running fast and the coffee in the pot cools quickly.

This brewer is great overall, it allows for greater flexibility one cup to carafe. I wish this had multiple settings for brew temperatures like previous models. It is somewhat louder and takes more time to heat up than other keurig brewers. Perhaps next generation will address these issues.

I use my 2.0 550 everyday along with my whole family .If it isn't coffee, it's tea, or hot chocolate,love the taste even to the highest oz.What is great ,I like how easy to operate,how it looks great on my coffee corner.Even part of my family have gone out to buy one.One thing that is a little is I have to use my VUE also .But over all it's a great machine . Thank You Keurig
