Coffee doesn't stay hot. Other then having to go out and buy all new k-cups cause the old k-cups will no longer work with this machine it does nothing else special versus the other brewers.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you would like your coffee to stay hot for a longer time, we suggest purchasing a thermal carafe http://www.keurig.com/Accessories/Keurig%E2%84%A2-2-0-Thermal-Carafe/p/keurig-2-thermal-carafe

K-Cup Compatibility Disappointment

I love the new 2.0 brewer but an very, very disappointed that my K-Cup stash doesn't work in the new brewer. I've purchased them directly from Keurig and have some that purchased elsewhere - such as Dunkin Donuts. All of them have the Keurig logo. A real disappointment that I have to ditch most of my current K-Cup stash.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Non-compatible Packs
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was very disappointed to learn to learn the largest cup size was 10 oz. i never wanted the carafe with different fullness levels. Having the carafe is like going back to a pot of coffee. I would not recommend this system. I wish they would bring back the platinum brewers
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Does Not Have 10 Cup Size, Loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Diane, You can brew up to 30 oz with the keurig 2.0, in fact, you will be able to brew different sizes depending on the packs that you insert:
K-Cup: 4 oz. – 10 oz.
Vue: 12 oz. – (14 oz.k300/350-k400/450) (16oz k500/550)
K-Carafe: 22 oz. – 30 oz.
Here are some tips on how to get a bigger brew:
Brew a 4-cup carafe using new K-Carafe packs and pour into two 14 oz. travel mugs.

Only 6 oz of water if your lucky, I am sening back. I have purchased 3 models and this is the worst. Not enough coffee to fill my mug. I like to have water for my own tea. After I push for water and have to hold it about the5th time there might be enough. I have to say this is the worst model you have done. I forgot it's not hot enough I have to put in microwave to get the right temp.
Pros: None
Cons: Only 6oz Of Water, Limited Features, Long Brew Time, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Kathy the qvc shopper, Keurig has set the brew temperature to optimize taste. For K-Cup packs, the brew temperature is set at 193 degrees Fahrenheit. For Vue and K-Carafe packs, the brew temperature is set at 197 degrees Fahrenheit. These settings are the highest of any Keurig brewers.

Received as a gift. First one lasted less than a week before failing to pull water. Returned. Second one couldn't pull water on first cycle out of the box, and never brewed a cup. Returned. Third one just failed one week in, same exact problem. Worst value consumer product on the market.

I bought this product for my dad's office, he has a small business so it would have been perfect for that. But none of our old kcups will brew in it, nor can we brew our own coffee. We will not spend a boatload of money replacing all the kcups we already have. Sorry but ya'll need to learn to share again, or you will be losing a lot of customers. We packed ours up and returned it!
Pros: Stylish, Large Pot, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Can't Brew My Own Coffee
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
