The only down side is the karafe does not keep coffee hot.

We use our Keurig several times a day, every day of the week. We love being able to brew a cup or a carafe. It's great when you have company visiting and being able to brew a carafe and not having to make a cup at a time.

I use my Keurig daily and sometimes in the evening after dinner and I enjoy my perfectly brewed coffee. My husband is a tea drinker and he sometimes loves a cup with me and now he uses the machine more than I do! Love it!!!!!

My family use the K550 on a daily basis. Always makes a great cup of coffee. Easy to use and fast. I have not found anything that I don't like about it. We had an Elite brewer that we gave to My Wife's parents when we bought this one and they love it as well

We have owned our Keurig 2.0 system for a couple months now, but we find the system to be very easy to use and clean. When we first purchased the system, we had an issue with the K cups exploding during the brew process, but it appeared to be an issue with that specific batch of K cups and have not seen the issue since. The system is very nicely designed. Only complaint, we do wish there were more options for the cup size settings. Overall, our experience has been good so far.
