Miss my old Keurig..Ii could get a full cup of hot water..I could adjust temperature of coffee..My coffee gets cold quick because it doesn't get hot enough..Can;t use your own coffee ..Doesn't work with some k cups.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to clean, Stylish, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Durable
Cons: Doesn't Work On All Kcups, Limited Features, Can't Adjust Temperature, Can Only Get 6 Ounces Of, Can't Use Your Own Coffee

This is our 2nd Keurig. The best one so far because you are able to brew a pot of coffee with the larger size k-cups. I am happy that you even made a thermal pot for it, which I got with my reward points. Also, got the larger pot for brew over ice. There is not one thing I do not like about it. Its great because you brew 1 cup at a time and its always hot when you are ready for your next cup. Thank you Keurig for the free coupons for k-cups. We just joined the automatic club where it will be sent to us, that's great also.

Perfect for work at home parents

We are a busy family of four with both parents loving coffee. We also work from a home office daily, so having affordable and delicious coffee options at home is important. We love our new Keurig! The ability to make a single cup or brew a whole pot is great for us, and with it we were able to move our drip brewer off the counter, making some more space. This Keurig is perfect for company - they can choose their own K-Cup of coffee or tea, or share a fresh pot. We've found our perfect setting (10oz cup brewed strong) and favorite K-Cups too. Even our 3yo loves to 'help' make the coffee by closing the lid and pushing the brew button! =) We seriously love this Keurig. (disclaimer: I will receive complimentary K-Cups in exchange for my honest review. However, all opinions shared are my own.)
Pros: Large Pot, Color Changing Display, Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

New Keurig K550 Owner

I am new to single cup brewers, but I'm glad I started with Keurig. I personnally think any other company would not have given me so many options with such an all purpose brewer. I use my brewer 2-3 times daily for all types of drinks! It's simple yet beautifully intricate. It meets all the needs I purchased it for: variety, ease of use, drinks I can make at home that would cost more at a coffee shop, ease of purchase, and most accessories come with the original purchase, works well with my kitchen space and decor. I'm a very happy owner of the Keurig K550 2.0 Brewer system.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to clean, Vast Number Of Options, Brews quickly, Stylish, Large Pot, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Loud

DOESN'T WORK VERY WELL

This is a piece of junk. Still makes good coffee but sprays all over the counter, have to clean up after every cup. Drips after it is done. Very poor design, goes from k cup to opening that then drips into cup.
Pros: Can Brew A Small Pot
Cons: Loud, Says Needs Descaling, Very expensive, Drips After Completes, Every Two Months, Not worth the money, HARD TO CLEAN, After Brewing A Cup, Solution For Descale Is, Sprays On To The Counter, Always Have To Cancel

Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review. This brewer is a replacement for a previous generation Keurig brewer. Was purchased for the greater number of cup sizes that it can brew, the large water reservoir, and ability to brew a carafe. The only drawback was unable to use a brew your own coffee filter. I've gotten around this by cutting the tops off of the new generation of purchased k-cups and placing on top of brew your own filter. Other than this and the limited number of varieties available for carafe brewing I really couldn't be happier with my machine.

My old Keurig had the 12 oz cup setting. The 2.0 has a 10 oz cup setting. Product should include the thermal pot with purchase.
