I like that I don't have to carry the reservoir across the toom & awkwardly fit it into place. The flip up lid is very helpful to me. I also like using the heated water only feature to make quick morning hot cereals and instant soups.

My husband got this for me at Christmas and I did not want it. However, now I absolutely love it and could not imagine not having it. It is fast, easy, convenient and I laugh now because it really surprised me as to how much easier it made things for me. I would recommend this to everyone!!!

I love it but they water dispenser never worked. I can't keep trying to get a new one. I exchanged it already. The coffee doesn't stay hot for a long period of time which is inconvienct but it's quick to brew another.

This is a great looking product that excels over previous models in features and versatility. It makes delicious coffee, cider and tea. My only minor complaint is that the coffee could brew a little hotter for me. I can drink very hot liquids and when the coffee comes out it is hot but not so hot that it will burn me, so it does not stay hot enough long enough for my particular palette. This is the best brewer yet! It has all the features and more you could ask for. I mostly love the fact that it has a filter and a reminder of date to change so I always know that my water is fresh and clear. The auto light makes it easy as well as the auto timer on and off. The carafe pot is a great asset to the Brewers . It makes a full pot for one trip and the carafe cups are very affordable! I absolutely love this pot! There is also a setting for strong coffee , hot chocolate and iced tea for your convenience .Thanks keurig for free packs for this review!
