So I'm not the best reference for the coffee drinkers of the world. I like my coffee don't get me wrong, I just have to limit my caffeine due to migraines. I do use my 2.0 for making chai latte and apple cider. I like having the option to make a pot when my family is over visiting. The only real drawback to me is the fact I can't use the Keurig branded My K-cup. So if someone buys me a special brand of coffee I can't use it in my 2.0. Keurig could use with more variety in their Carafe cups, but they are new so it's to be expected.
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Limited Features, Can't Use The Keirig My K-cup

Love My Coffee!

I got the Keurig K550 to replace my VUE coffee maker. I love the fact that the new model uses K cups and the fact that the machine is much easier to clean than other Keurig models. Programming is very easy and it is a bit more stylish than the other models too. The carafe that is available when you want to brew many cups at once is especially convenient and gives you another brewing option that wasn't available before. We use the Keurig 2.0 every day, typically in the mornings. I love the convenience and the ability to sample different coffees easily. Both my wife and I generally drink a large mug of coffee, or fill a thermos, so we do find it limiting that the largest cup fill is 10 ounces. As a result, we fill run the Keurig twice with the same K-cup to get the volume we desire. Why limit the dispense to only 10 ounces? FYI, we are being given a coupon in exchange for this review, so thanks to Keurig for the free packs of coffee!

Cons: Default Values Limited, Limited Features

Coffee stays hot at times and not at others. Would like to be able to clean with vinegar since it is cheaper. Steam is always on handle after brewing a K-cup and I always remove K-cup after brewing to help with keeping it clean. When I called about steam I was told to just wait before removing K-cup but I would forget. All considered, I'm pleased. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
