It's so easy to push in a k-cup, shut it and then press the button. Nothing more similar, takes all the guess work on measuring coffee for a perfect cup. If I feel I want another cup later in the day, it's easy to repeat the process whenever I need a cup. Extremely satisfied!

I have been a keurig user for years and as soon as this product came out I instantly had to get it. Love the style and I also love that I can make one cup or four My husband and I uae it every day and my children also luv using it for their hot chocolate and tea. One of the best products I have used from them. Only downfall is the carafe doesn't keep the coffee as hot as I like it.

Just switched from soda to coffee and tea and LOVE this machine! It makes it easy to have whatever I want- and I like variety. Wish there was a 'refillable' k-cup so I could still go to my local tea store, but this is a great option for 95% of my beverages now!

I like the fact that you can brew a cup or carafe. Also there are lots of sizes to choose from, even travel mug size. The timer is great you can turn the machine on & off at specific times. The only negative is that I have leftover pods from my previous Keurig and can't use it because the packaging of the pod labels has changed. "Thanks ,Keurig, for the free pods for this review"

We have had other Keurig Brewers and this by far is the best. It has a larger capacity for water and brews quickly. It is a little louder than the last one but works better. Overall, very pleased with this brewer! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

If I could buy carafe packs of tea, I'd rate this brewer five stars, but the selections are limited. Also, I use my Keurig for hot water for instant mixes, etc. and find it annoying to have to hold the button in to keep hot water dispensing. Otherwise, this is the best Keurig yet and I recommend it. Just be aware of its limitations.
