I love that it heats the water before every use....that way it's nice and hot! I don't like the fact that I can't use other brands of k-pods with my Keurig except Green Mountain. You don't carry all flavors that I love. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Large Pot, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Stylish

I love my new keurig 2.0. I use it everyday and it's wonderful. The only thing that I would say negative about it, is that the carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot for very long. Other than that everything is great. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. OK, disclaimer is out of the way. We received this new brewer as a Christmas gift. Since we own the K75 Platinum brewer, and were very happy with it, we weren't sure if we would the new 2.0 brewer. We decided to give it a trial run. When we took it out of the box my wife and I really liked the new design, I know this is subjective, and your opinion may be different, but we really think it looks sleek, modern, and substantial. Set up was easy. I like bells and whistles, so the options for different color back round screens and night lights was right up my alley. The rest of the new features are mostly good. I like the fact that the reservoir is larger, less filling is good. The option to brew a stronger cup of coffee really works well, using this feature makes the coffee more full-bodied and flavorful. The carafe is a great idea and works well. We've used it several times and it brews a nice cup of coffee. I think the carafe should be able to retain heat better. To get hot water for tea, you need to hold down a button on the touch screen for a few seconds. This is more of a pain in the neck than it seems. On our old brewer, you only had to lift the handle and close it without inserting a K-cup, you could also choose how much hot water was dispensed with the K-75. The 2.0 only dispenses 6 ounces at a time. I understand this has to do with digital rights management. This new brewer will not work unless an authentic k-cup is inserted, so this is why you can't get hot water easily, or use your own ground coffee in a my k-cup reusable cup. There are all kinds of work arounds on you tube for this, but using these methods will prevent your brewer from recognizing the carafe cups. That's not a trade-off I'm willing to make. All in all I think this brewer is a substantial improvement on it's predecessor. The brew strength option and carafe brewing , combined with the bells and whistles make this new 2.0 a keeper for us. Tom

I use the product everyday for coffee. Members of my family prefer different settings, different products such as tea or hot chocolate in addition to coffee. The versatility is great. Don Taylor

I as skeptical about buying such a "fancy" coffee maker at first, but I'm glad I did. Turns out my decision wasn't so bad after all! My whole family uses it on a daily basis & I have heard nothing but good things from them. The only thing I would like it to do is, first thing in the morning it preheats for about 3-4 minutes, & I wish it took less time. That's only because I NEED my coffee!! lol
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Fast brewing, Easy to use, Perfect size
