I loved my old Keurig, my husband bought me this one, he thought I would love the carafe feature which I would if it would work. I keep getting add water and when hitting continue it won't move. Have yet to be able to brew a carafe. I don't think the coffee is hot enough but then again, boiling might not be hot enough for me. I like it HOT! I do like the one cup feature and I will not ever go back to making a full pot of coffee.
Pros: Lighting Features, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Can't Brew A Carafe

Very easy to use and settings are a plus by having it ready to go when you are. Wish the cup size was bigger though. We use 10ounce setting and finish with the 8 ounce setting for a total of 18 ounces of coffee! Still has great flavor as we don't like super strong coffee. Looks neat and tidy on my kitchen. Only disappointment we have is the posts in the part you lift up and then press down on; The little posts keep getting clogged. We do follow the technicians direction and it still stops up once in awhile.
