I like most everything about it. The colors for the wallpaper and resevoir are fun. The only problem I have with it is that I have to stand there and hold the button to get hot water.

This product is awesome. It makes coffee brewing very quick and easy and eliminates the need to make a full pot and have to clean it everyday before you use it again. Definitely recommend this product to all coffee drinkers! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

The 2.0...good not perfect

I purchased the Keurig 2.0 K550 for 3 reasons: makes carafe of coffee; able to use membership points against the purchase price; uses K cups. The 2.0 replaced a Vue brewer, which we love and still own, but the Vue pack selection is limited compared to K cups. Am I happy with the 2.0 machine? Yes. Works well, has multiple settings, and it nice to be able to make 2-4 cups at one time. Is is perfect? No. It does clog but it's easy to clear. My Vue clogged too, so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. The unit is used by my family of 6 and we try to make sure we promptly remove used K cups and not have them sit in the unit. Removing the K cup after use and not allowing it to sit in the unit seems to help keep the unit from clogging. Anecdotal I know but interesting nonetheless. I knew that the 2.0 only used "newer" K cups, so I wasn't surprised to find this out. Plus there are ways around this. The 2.0 brews a hot cup of coffee, slightly hotter than the Vue. The 2.0 has additional setting which cannot be used at this time. Would be nice to what Keurig has in store for them. All-in-all I give this machine 4 stars. Disclaimer: Keurig has given me 2 free boxes of K cups for doing this review. I can honestly say it didn't bias me to write a favorable review.

Cons: Limited Features, HARD TO CLEAN, Machine Clogs

I absolutely love my Keurig. I didn't know what all the rave was until I got my Keurig 2.0 550 for Christmas. This machine makes the best cup of coffee which has eliminated my trips to various coffee shops. I loved it so much, I went and bought another one for my camper.

I drink several cups of coffee every morning. I love the fact I get hot coffee and so does my husband when he gets up a lot earlier than me. Only thing I don't like is you can only use keurig brand k cups.

Had to send the first one back. Stopped working after two weeks. Customer service very helpful and process was very easy. Only complaint is that we can not use older K-cups but we have figured out how to get around this. Also, he does need to have the needles cleaned more often.
Pros: Stylish, Large Pot
Cons: Long Brew Time, Loud
