Very Nice

It is a wonderful addition to the line of Keurig. It functions well and I am enjoying it but there are a few things I do miss from my Vue. When I go to the store to pick-out coffee and it only uses certain K-Cups it is inconvenient and irritating. It does not heat the coffee to a hot tempature and so it cools down very quickly and I don't like my coffee cold or even cool so it is a problem. I miss being able to using my loose teas in a K-Cup basket. I hope that is on the way. This maker has the carafe size and then the small sizes but not the inbetween sizes 10oz is as large as it gets. Most travel sizes are 16ozs so you either use two k-cups and that gets more expensive or you make a carafe and the the rest go to waste once again wasting it. Overall I do like Keurig and even though it doesn't sound like it I do like this brewer but it does have some drawbacks. As long as those kind of thing don't bother you, I would recommend it.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features, Coffee Sizes Are Small

Good Brewer - Could Have Been Better

Really like the look of the machine, but not some of the features. It is very loud and some of my favorite K-Cups don't work with without having to "trick" the brewer. I did miss being able to fill my travel cup in the morning. However, I have recently discovered that the Vue packs work & allow you to brew a 12 or 14 oz. cup. The hot water feature is nice, just wish it gave more than 6oz at a time. I do like the added feature of the Carafe seems to brew quickly. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Our First Keurig!

This our first Keurig, we received it as a gift for the holidays. My husband loves it for morning coffee and so do the kids for their hot chocolate! Easy to use, intuitive touch screen and quality product. Unfortunately I don't use it as much as the rest of the family because I prefer tea and can't justify the cost of the tea k-cups compared to regular tea bags. Also, we've had issues finding k-cups at local stores that will work with the new 2.0. Overall it has been a great addition to the kitchen. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Like the B550 brewer. The only thing that should be done differently would be make a 12 oz brewing spot & make the flip lid on the water container with a wide lip so water doesn't drip when lifted to add water. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

my keurig platinum was fighting hard, so we went to get a new keurig. this was a little ore than the platinum, and in some cases we won, in some we lost. I ended up throwing out 4 boxes of pods that don't work with it. 3 were keurig branded, but older. One Cup does not work at all, so Marley coffee and Kauia either. Bummer. The user interaction I feel is improved, however the largest brew size is 10oz, which only 1/2 fills most of my mugs. Wish I had known that one at the start!!! Overall I like the machine. It is quieter that my platinum, but that one was really loud at the end, so YMMV.

Cons: My Pods Don't Work With, Not Enough Size Options, Thermal Carafe Is Extra
