We love this Keurig, especially the dark brew option for single cups, wish we had that for carafe. The 4-5 cup option is huge! Love it

The biggest problem is not having the 11.5 oz choice and not being able to remove the k-cup holder.

I use the project for every day use, mostly for coffee. It is easy to use and even my young children are able to brew me the perfect cup of coffee anytime of day! It is a little complicated to clean, The water reservoir has a lot of Nooks and crannies that are difficult to get to, and they have recommended buying an additional descaling solution which I always hate having to purchase an additional product to have to clean my machine. When I called because the machine was clogged, they tried to be helpful but we're recommending that I get an earring or a paperclip and cram it into the machine brewing holes. The retailer was happy to return and replace the item with a new one, however. I was offered two free boxes of k cups in exchange for writing a review.

Cons: Limited Features, HARD TO CLEAN

I use the Keurig every day and when my son visits he uses it constantly. I love all of the different K cups. Tea, flavored coffees. I wish we could make Latte like the Vieu made. With the 2.0 there is no reason to have stale, strong coffee. Every cup is fresh if you wish. I like being able to make a pot as well.

My husband gave my Keurig to me for Christmas. I had been drooling over one for so long and he told me that I would have the absolute best that Keurig offered. It was worth every penny! I went from a regular coffee maker that was hard to fill with water and somehow my husband poured coffee grounds all over the place to the gorgeous Keurig. My favorite parts are the easy to fill water canister and that the K-cups contain all of the coffee grounds! No more mess! I'm anxiously awaiting the sizes for my Tervis tumblers and I am so happy my Keurig is set up to use those. The coffee is always fresh. We love the variety of options and the ability to each chose what we like to drink without having to make a full pot of each. It's perfect for families on the go! Thank you, Keurig, for the free packs for this review! I will enjoy them!
