I love this!!! Although, the plastic carafe (that comes with it) does not keep the coffee hot the stainless steel one is worth purchasing.
Pros: Easy to clean, Durable, Stylish, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Limited To K-cups Only, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Love the Keurig system for ease of use and variety of coffee types/brands it can make Big bad is the brew pump system is horrible. Bought first system and pump went out within a week. Returned for replacement and the brew pump on the second unit went out within a week again. Returned second unit and bought an original B270 Platinum system and have had no problems

Cons: Pump System Bad

Use it every morning before going to work. Really like the variable settings for the amount of coffee. There are times when it the coffee does not seem to stay hot over a short period of time

We still make a regular pot of coffee each morning in our regular coffee maker. I use the Keurig during the day and in the evening if I want a quick cup of coffee or tea. I see no problem with the actual coffee making. My only complaint is that it leaks. Every now and then I can go into the kitchen and find water underneath the brewer and reservoir. I wonder it condensation builds up in the lid of the reservoir and runs down the side.

I use this 2.0 everyday, about 10 to 12 cups total for 3 people. Never a problem. I upgraded from the Breville Stainless K-Cup Brewer and before that the Plantinum Edition. The 2.0 is my favorite Brewer of them all. It gives lots of brewing options and several brew settings for future use. My other Brewers I gave to other Family Members and they loved them. My 2.0 should give me years of brewing. I love this brewer.

I am a cup a day drinker with an extra cup off and on. I love the system, I have owned three. My first one was loud then got the vue and loved it but the cup were not easy to find so when the 2.0 came out I jumped on it. I love it. I do wish there was a bigger cup brew option on it. Although the one I have I had to just recently return it for a new one... It isn't pumpin water out at all, but I know there is a lemon every now and then. Looking forward for my new one to come in. I can say I don't like the fact I can't us my brew your own cup...the ops not for this machine just make me sad. I also just wish it would just dispense the hot water in the ounces you want without having to hold the button down. Even with all this said I will always have a kuerig, I adore the systems and always have a fresh cup.

This is what every Keurig brewer should be! I did have one issue when the coffee would not come out and would only spit. This issue was fixed with a simple call to customer service and I haven't had the issue since.
