It took a little time to figure it out

Without the 16 oz setting, it takes too long to brew when you have to make two passes to brew a cup. The order system is cumbersome for ordering. Do not like the web site. Should fix the blowing of grounds into the machine. Phone staff are very helpful most of the time.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features, Should Offer 16 Oz, Long Brew Time

They have a variety of flavors to choose from. Easy mail orders that come to your home promptly. My husband & kids can choose their own flavor & easily brew themselves. My whole family has one.

The only complaint that I have is that you don't have a way to use other coffees that are not K-cups. I would occasionally like to do this.
