An improvement vs previous version but..

-I like the ability to make a consistent brew every day. -Having to use your pods only is a turnoff which I think is reflected in your sales numbers and the drop of your stock price. I think you have sacrificed a lot of long-term brand loyalty in an attempt to boost shareholder value. -The whole pod concept is Eco unfriendly with non-recyclable pods and no reusable ones for the 2.0 machines.. -Previously max cup quantity was too small. Much better now but it would be great to be able to make a strong 16 oz cup without using the carafe size pod. -why don't you reinstitute the refillable pods for the 2.0s and develop a premium coffee brand for not just your machines but for any coffee maker. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review".

My family uses this brewer multiple times each day. I have been a Keurig user for many years, but this model is by far my favorite. I love the much larger water reservoir and the option to brew a pot. I do not like the fact that not all k cups work with this brewer, or the fact that the carafe does not keep the coffee hot for even a few minutes. We enjoy being able to have a cup of coffee whenever we want to without having to brew and wait for a whole pot of coffee. Using the Keurig Carafe is good, too, because it's fast and easy. We did have to purchase a different pot that keeps the coffee warm instead of the one that came with our new Keurig. Having company once in a while, it is necessary to keep the coffee warm. Perhaps selling this Keurig with a different pot would be a good idea because we love our new pot. We use it often.

I love my new Keuig 2.0 K550

I use my Keuig everyday. I love that I can program this machine to heat the water before I get up. The coffee is amazing. I use 1 k-cup and use the 10 oz setting and the 6oz setting per cup of coffee. The only thing is that you can only use a certain k-Cup with this machine because of an eye lazer that only reads the K-cup. But I don't mind. I'm very happy with my Keuig.
