I can't wait to get up in the morning to brew my coffee then tea! Love it all! Very easy to use and clean! Love all the flavors of tea coffee and cappucinos so far. Fun to play with lighting and wallpaper! Love the product and would recommend to anyone or business.

there was no mention that the k cups i had been purchasing for so long (and which i stock up on whenever there is a sale) would not work on this machine. i assume other brands not sold by keurig will not work in this machine either. this plus the complaints by people who actually use the machine gave me no choice but to return. if they get the bugs out and start accepting all k-cups, i'll reconsider. for now...i'll stay with my current keurig i've had for three years.

Hi Nancy, we understand how you feel, let us help you out .The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern. Because of this, the system will not brew unlicensed packs. To ease the transition to 2.0, please call our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739.

Quite simple to use once you set it up. Great variety of both coffee and tea products available. Great that you can choose various brewing sizes from 4 oz. to 10 oz. Fantastic for those of us who do a lot of entertaining. Not so great that K cups from older Keurig brewers do not work in the K-2.0 brewer( I have to also keep old brewer in use until their K cups are used up). Great product and I am ready to buy another for my office.

Brewer is improvement over original

I'm not very happy about the new coffee "DRM" system that prevents you from using non-Keurig approved K-Cups but, the brewer does make better coffee than the original. The Keurig 2.0 brewers are much easier to clean also. You're able to easily remove the basket that holds the K-Cups to remove any grounds that may have escaped a pod while brewing - which, I will say, definitely happens almost never unlike the original model.. I really appreciate having a much larger water container as well. Because of the system used to make sure you only use Keurig-approved K-Cups, using the system for hot water is a real pain. You can only get 6oz of hot water at a time and you must hold down the "brew" button the entire time it is dispensing water, or it will stop. Though my wife and I have both frequently experienced it dispensing only an ounce or two of water before having to repeat the procedure to get more water out. I acknowledge this is an expensive way to make coffee but I appreciate the consistency of the coffee I get, which is why I own one. It would be a massive pain to try and make single cups of different flavored coffee with a traditional brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We use our 550 every morning for coffee, durning the day for tea, and there's NO complaints on the machine. It's the best purchase I ever made! We're hooked on the Keurig coffee and teas. Had to join the auto ship so, we don't run out of Keurig beverages.
