I wish I had not given away my old Keurig before trying my 2.0 550! Because I would've kept the old one and sent back the 2.0! The K cups purchased about 4 months ago do not work. The design has changed! Thus, wasted $$! And I prefer to brew a 12oz cup. No can do with this !
Cons: Loud, Cannot Use Old K Cups, Cannot Make 12oz

K-Cup packs that have a white, gray or lavender outer ring with the Keurig Brewed seal can be used in the 2.0. You can also look for the Keurig Brewed seal and checkmark on the box as well. Here are some tips on how to get a bigger brew: Brew a 4-cup carafe using new K-Carafe packs and pour into two 14 oz. travel mugs – there are 11 K-Carafe pack varieties and more to be announced in 2015;Try our Vue packs, which come in 50 different varieties and will work with the Keurig 2.0 system.

My Vue system quit heating the water sufficiently and Keurig replaced it with the Keurig K550 2.0 system. I was very happy with the replacement, but I still have well over $100 worth of Vue packs that aren't compatible with the 2.0. Keurig has since made Vue packs that are, but that doesn't help. I understand the thought process behind the 2.0 is that they want to limit their customers to buying only approved products for use in the 2.0 brewers, but there needs to be a work around for people like me that have numerous packs preceding the change. Now, the brewer brews a hot great cup of coffee and the selection is vast. There should be more selection in the carafe department soon, so I won't go into my rant on that. I do wish Keurig would unveil a Carafe cup that is fillable with coffee of their customers choice, but I know the drill..... Youtube has some interesting videos on hacks that will allow the use of the pre-2.0 cups and I may do that so I'm not just throwing money in the trash.
Pros: Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Needs More Versatility, Limited Features

Received the Keurig 2.0 for free as part of the Influenster program but I've been a longtime Keurig customer. I was excited by the prospect of being able to brew a whole pot, but have to say very disappointed in the limited options to Keurig-approved cups. I couldn't even use the Dunkin Donuts K-cups I had! Also had issues with the touchscreen -- either the screen's too small or my fingers are huge because I had trouble selecting the options. Gifted the 2.0 system to my mom, who's never had a Keurig, and am happy sticking with my old one.
We offer a diverse portfolio of nearly 400 different beverages from 60 brands, including Dunkin Donuts, giving consumers lots of choices – no matter their taste preferences or their budget. And every beverage and brand that was offered for previous Keurig brewers is also available for our Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology system.

This is the third Keurig I've purchased, I will not buy another until I'm able to make any kind of coffee I feel like drinking. For the cost of this machine I should have the right to use whatever I see fit to drink. I know this is a marketing thing for Keurig and it's unfair. I will return the third one purchased. You've lost me as a customer.
Pros: Simply Easy To Use
Cons: Can't Use My Fav Coffee

Disappointed in new 2.0 system

I didn't buy the 2.0 for the multi-cup function and carafe. I bought it because I had my first Keurig for 5 years and it was shot. I have a lot of old k-cups that don't work in this version. There is no 12 oz option like in the previous brewer. I don't even think it measures correctly for 4 oz, 6, oz, 8 oz. etc. It offers no real upgrade from my previous version other than a bigger water storage container. Very disappointed.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Old K-cups Don't Work Now, No 12oz Option-single Cup

Very disappointed actually. I loved my Vue especially with it going up to 12 oz brews but now with only 10 as the highest not happy. Given the design of the Karafe packs, why couldn't you make VUE packs work with this system as well? that would have allowed folks to transition.
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: Doesn't Go Over 10oz

Hi Stephen, Vue packs do work with 2.0 You can brew 12oz.-14oz. with our Vue packs. However, you will need to use the latest Vue packs with the number shown in a circle at 6 o’clock on the lid. The latest packs will also have a light aqua circle at 9 o’clock on the lid. For more information, and pictures of the new lids, visit: http://krg.bz/FBcbt.
