Unable to use refillable or generic Kcup

Love the selection of coffee offered for k-cups although if you are an every day coffee drinker it gets expensive with both k-cups and carafe cups. If you want your coffee to stay hot in the carafe then you need to buy the upgraded one because coffee does not stay hot in the carafe it comes with. Unable to use reusable filter to use your own favorite coffee with this brewer or use generic k-cups. If you want to use your own coffe then buy the older model. I do love the many different cup sizes that are offered.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Carafe Poorly Made, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

We love having this brewer in our home. It makes getting out of the house in the morning so much easier...no one is waiting around for the pot of coffee to finish brewing! Everyone gets exactly what they want ...from tea to hot chocolate. We don't really use the offer pot and I haven't found any of the coffee I drink in the pot size cups anyway.
