Found it very disappointing that you can not use other manufacturers coffee packs. I've plugged my old coffee pot back in and am trying to get rid of my Keurig maker, but when I tell people they can't use other brew packs that say no thanks.....very disappointing! Won't recommend to anyone unless they make it usable to other coffee packs
Cons: Can't Brew My Own Coffee, Can't Use Generic Pods

Well I really have to say im very pleased with my upgrade to the 2.0. I have had my new system now for 5months and has ran flawless. love the ability to be able to change strengh of coffee, change colors is a nice feature also. I would recommend buying stainless pot as black one with it doesnt stay warm to long. All and all would highly recommend the 2.0.

The brewer is attractive and has a lot of nice settings. The cups size selections could stand to be larger than 10 oz. and water temperature would be better if hotter. Thanks keurig, for the free packs for this review.
