Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. The 550 is my first Keurig. I purchased it at Christmas time and use it everyday. I wish that I would have purchased a lot sooner. This is truly a great item. It is easy to use, makes coffee drinking fast and easy. Lots of coffee, tea, coco choices. You will not be disappointed. Don't wait any longer, buy now. Thanks again Keurig for the fantastic products and items.

My 3rd Keurig

This is my third Keurig, I have two different models of the Vue and now this one because of the ability to use the k-cups. I like the machine a lot. Do not like the new verify of authentic k-cup. Sometimes real k-cups are not recognized but doesn't happen that often. I purchased the optional carafe(stock one is worthless) but wish there was more capacity...maybe be able to fill it twice? Otherwise....I've never had a problem with any of them. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

We bought it as a family Christmas gift and love it. We use it everyday for coffee. I would buy this product again. It is so much easier than traditional coffee pots and if I am running late, I can still get a cup of coffee. Kuerig is always sending us coupons and great deals on coffee packs. On their website they have so many different kinds of coffee and tea to choose from. Kuerig is giving me a coupon for 2 boxes free just for writing a comment. Awesome. The only thing that I don't like about the product is the hot water dispenser. It just takes several tries to get a good amount of hot water. It seems easier just to put a kettle on the stove. But for coffee and tea I love this product and would buy it again as a gift or me our family.

I love the k550 it is the perfect brewer! I can brew strong coffee and my husband can brew medium roast . It also brews tea ,hot cocoa, and cappuccino. If you like the vue the k550 is even better! You can find k cups anywhere! You have the best of both worlds!
