This brewer is great. I really enjoy the large resovor. The only down side is I can not fill my travel mug all the way up. I wish it had more size options without using the Karaf. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I have been a Kreuig owner since the first one came out.The newest Kreuig I must say got a little getting used to but as with any new products or technology it takes some time to adjust to the new features of it.But I love my Kreuig's and ABSOLUTLEY love the newest Kreuig 2.0. Also I love the Carafe option added.I will say I will never have any other coffee maker in my home but a "Kreuig". Thank You Kreuig for a awesome product!!! The right time to upgrade!

We've thought about upgrading our old Keurig machine for years and glad we finally pulled the trigger on the 2.0 550. Very easy to set up, to use, and to clean. I also like the filter change reminder. Only change I'd like to see is a temperature control adjustment like our older one had. We like our coffee/tea a little hotter than what comes out and there seems to be nothing we can do about that. It does come out hot, but we like it a little more hot so it doesn't cool down so quick. All in all, we extremely pleased with our purchase and I'm thinking about a second one to take to my office. Thanks Keuring, for the free packs for this review. We continue to be very pleased with your product, now let's turn up the heat!

In love with my Keurig

I use the product often but especially when I have company over because it is so easy to make a custom cup of coffee to everyone's individual liking. We love drinking hot cocoa or hot tea late in the evening after dinner and it is so easy and quick to just pop a k-cup in the brewer. I think the ability to change the lighting and display screen is genius because my mood changes often and I like changing up the look of my brewer. It is simple to use and makes a quality hot beverage in seconds with little preparation and no mess to clean up - just toss the empty container in the trash. The only thing I find a little disappointing is that I have to be very careful to only purchase the newer K-cups because these new models do not allow you to use the older ones. I use my Keurig almost every day for just about every thing. I use it to make instant oatmeal and cups of soup. I love it I couldn't ask for a better machine. I have had 2 regular Keurigs and I loved all 3 of them. The only thing different between the 2.0 and the others before it is that you could use your own grinds. That is the only thing that is the down fall. But other then that I just love it.
