What a Joke

It is really sad that they have made the 2.0 to only take keurig brand cups. This was so upsetting that we returned this machine and will never buy keurig again.
Pros: Brews quickly

Unfortunately Keurig Goes Backwards

I'm a big fan of the original Keurig line up of coffee makers especially the K75 platinum series which I have found to be pretty bullet proof. In my opinion, the introduction of these 2.0 versions is a huge move in the wrong direction. While the company claims that the inability to use the "My K Cup" with these new brewers is designed to "enhance" the user experience by providing a better brew. My opinion is that it's simply to "enhance" their profits by trying to sell more licensed K-cups. I have returned the 2.0 version and will not be buying another Keurig until they bring back programmable versions of the original design that allowed so much more user flexibility without having to pay the big $ for K-cups. While the "printer" marketing model (pay low $ for the printer, but high$ for the ink) may be good for the company. It's a huge step back for the consumer!!! Buyer beware!

This thing is amazing. You can set a timer to have it start automatically in the morning. It is very easy to use and looks really nice on my counter.
Pros: Large Pot, Timer, Convenient, Stylish, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Durable, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: Cant Use All K Cups Brand

i received this brewer to review from Influenster and I really like it. It works great and is easy to use. It has a timer so it is gret for me who doesnt like to wake up early for my coffee/tea. Tons of flavor options. Only not so good thing is that it only takes certain k cups.

Best Keurig yet!!!

I have had a Keurig in my office for about 5 years now. It seems that with each new rollout they keep getting better. The 2.0 K550 is by far the best unit thus far. It will not disappoint no matter the environment. It looks good and the coffee taste great. Now able to make a couple of cups at the same time, if needed.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable

My husband and I love this product, but there is no attachment to brew your own grounds - which we love to do as well, and limits our ability to brew a variety of coffees.

Overly expensive. Not as advertised. 8oz Kcups. doesn't use Vue packs. Want my money back. Won't buy another Keurig.

Hi, the 2.0 does use Vue packs to brew 12oz.-16oz. of coffee. You will need to use the latest Vue packs with the number shown in a circle at 6 o’clock on the lid.
