We love Keurig and opted to upgrade ours when we saw you could make a carafe (K-Carafe) which is great for weekends and company! Could not live without our Keurig and all the wonderful K-Cup and K-Carafe options! Keep up the awesomeness!! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

A Nice Addition

I never thought I would own a Keurig, because I felt that individual cups were wasteful. When the 2.0 came out with the carafe, I thought I would give it a try; we hold many functions at our home and it's nice for people to have coffee options they like. I'm glad I did. The coffee is very good, even when I double-brew for a cup larger than 10 oz. The carafe option works very well, although I wish the carafe had an option for "strong" brew. I also wish I could save a setting other than the 8 oz default; but pushing an extra button or two isn't that big of a deal. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

A little disappointed

It will be great for multiple people if they are all having coffee at the same time. It is not a carafe for keeping coffee warm. There are not enough choices yet for the carafe size, I always drink hazelnut and that is not a choice that I can see. I chose this for myself but I would not recommend to anyone to spend the additional money.

Cons: Long Brew Time, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Coffee Gets Cold Quickly, Filter Difficult To Open, Complicated Controls

Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review. This is by far the best keurig I have bought. I own 3 aand I use them all I took one to work.This one gets c.f.constant use and it produces great coffee everytime. My grandson makes hot chocolate in it every morning and he likes that it is so easy he can do ot homself.

Like it but had to replace 1st keurig after one month because brew button cracked all around edges and fell off. I have had the replacement machine 1 month and noticed button splitting again! Do I return it again to Costco? Like it but getting annoyednthat button keeps splitting. That is why average rating.

Great when I wake up early (i.e. 4 AM). No need to bother grinding cofee, wash the filter, the caraffe, etc. Just preheat the water, throw in the k-cup, push a button and it's done. Best way to "wake up and smell the coffee".
