Love the ability to brew just one cup after work. Also the ability to brew many different flavors of coffee hot cocoa or tea is ideal for my house. The maximum 10 oz. cup brew size is way too small should have at least up to 14oz. Also doesn't even come close to making a strong cup of coffee. Overall pleased with my purchase.

I love the brewer but I wish it wasn't so loud as it brews and the water comes out hotter. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I had been dying for a Keurig for a while, and got one this past Christmas. I love that it is easy to set up and use, and that there are a variety of products out there to offer to non-coffee drinkers who come over. The only hang-up I had was occasionally it will not brew a full cup, but the first time this happened, I called customer service and they were wonderful walking me through how to clean it properly. This is definitely my favorite kitchen appliance! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I absolutely love the convience of brewing coffee in my Keurig and the variety of coffee they offer. I hate that there is no milk to froth other than powder and you cannot use your own ground coffee without a hack for a no name coffee pod.

Brewer comes on every morning(before I wake) so all I have to do is put in my cofee and press the button(Life is really tough).By the time I take my coffee to my desk - Its the right temp. Love my machine. I had been putting off getting one but once the carafe was offered I had to purchase one. I do wish the Carafe were bigger and I could get more cups out of one, I have a large household and we go through coffee. I Love that I can brew a strong cup of coffee though. All of the negitive reviews had been about not being able to use the old K-cups I don't mind this. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
