Best ever system

This is the best system I have ever used, Received as a gift and have used it every day since, We make single cups and carafes depending on our mood. Makes great coffee quick and is so simple to use. I love the choices to use have many of them now.

Worth it, but not perfect

I bought my 2.0 K550 after researching the pros and cons for several weeks. I was excited about all of the new features yet concerned about the reviews. It seemed as though the biggest complaint was that you could no longer use the "my k-cup". This wasn't a deal breaker for me, so I went ahead and got the latest and greatest model. I love that you can still get hot water, though I wish it weren't limited to only 6 oz. I like that you can brew the carafe if you have 3 or 4 people having a cup of coffee at the same time. I like the "strong" button as it is necessary for the 10 oz size. I don't like that you can't brew above 10 oz! I was really hoping for travel mug sizes, and the box and manual are deceiving in the fact that they tell you there are large brew sizes, but once you set up the machine, it only goes up to 10 oz. The temperature is the same as the maximum setting on older brewers, 192 degrees. It's fine if you drink your beverage immediately, but it cools off quick. If you're like my husband and you need your beverage hot hot hot, I highly recommend a trip to the microwave. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would buy the 2.0 K550 again. Keurig B550 Coffee Maker

The lid on water container needs to be redesigned. Water drips or runs down the side once it lifted up. The Keurig B70 didn't have this issue. Lip on lid should be wider & more toward the middle of canister. I like it overall. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
