The only thing we don't like is the water doesn't always dispense when making hot water for tea and you have to hit the button again. Also can only use specific coffee pods that are marked for Kuerig makers, otherwise won't work

Best brewer

I have had several Keurig brewers and this is by far the best. I love being able to brew a cup and a whole carafe for family gatherings. I wish it wouldn't take so long to brew, that is really the only down side. It seems as if the water is taking longer to heat up, which is causing the brew process to take longer. I still had several old K-cups, my only complain is that I wish there was an adapter that would allow me to use them up. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I use this product several times a day, all day long. i have had Keurig since the begining of keurig single cup brewers. first the Kcup, then to the vue cup, now the 2.0. all were great. nothing was wrong with my vue just wanted the newer brewer. the 2.0 also works with the VUE cup pods. love the new brewer.
