hardly use the pot but use the cups 1 - 2 times a day. the cup measures (4 oz - 10 oz) = only the 6 oz works....no help from customer service on that one so i brew 2 cups for 1......liked by former keurig better.......

This machine is great and has greatly reduced my coffee budget. I do wish I could find a white chocolate mocha K-cup and that it accepted older K-cups. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

lots of pluses but one big minus

while I like the overall product, the look etc. there was a bit of learning curve initially. Trial and error solved it when the helpline was not very helpful. The one biggest minus it that consumers MUST buy keurig approved coffee refills! Also the hot water feature requires holding a button down for the duration of the dispensing action- a needless imposition for the user- that is also a minus. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
