We love and use our new Keurig daily. We have found the 8 o'clock Columbian and the Green Mt. Kenyan AA to be our favorites. Hoping to find both in the craft size soon. With that the only short falls are the unit is a bit noisy and slow. The plastic craft that came with the unit is not well insulated and therefore the coffee will be cold in less than an hour. Hoping the stainless model does better... OVER ALL A GREAT WAY TO BREW COFFEE................

Nice Upgrade to Keurig System

Other than some difficulty in getting the water resevoir to seat properly, I'm very satisfied with the 550 brewer and the additional functionality it provides over the earlier basic models. I particularly like the strong brew option. It feels a little less sturdy than the earlier model I had--the plastic components of the main controls seem a little bit on the flimsy side. Interactive controls are easy to operate. Coffee brewed hot and tasty. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this opinion.

I put off buying a Keurig for a long time thinking "how great can it be for that much money?" Well, let me tell you, now that I have one, especially the K550, I wonder how I did without it all these years. I tell people all the time how versatile it is! I was able to get rid of my my 12-cup coffee maker and still reap the benefits of getting a lightening quick cup of coffee at dawn when the house is still quiet. I love that I am able to brew iced beverages and teas to take with me to work in the Keurig tumbler that has the self-closing top. I have been able to resist the urge to buy soda at work for my afternoon pick-me-up because I now I just pull out my iced tea. I have been using it 2x day now for 2 months and haven't had any trouble with it at all. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Whenever I need a hot beverage, I use the Keurig 2.0. It's quick and easy to use. Would like to have a larger setting for larger cups of beverage.

I have been a Keurig user for a number of years. My most recent Keurig brewer, the 550, is my favorite by far. It has a much larger water reservoir, more brewing choices, and has "fun" extras like different light settings. I do not like the fact that I cannot use all K cups in the brewer, and I do not like the fact that the carafe does not keep my coffee warm for even a few minutes. Overall, I am satisfied with my brewer and would recommend it to others.
