2nd Keurig...hope it lasts

Love the look and design of this machine. I owned the old Keurig and it lasted me 5 years before it started making noises and so I upgraded to this one. However, the first 2.0 I bought quit working after a week. It wouldn't brew anymore. Took it back and got a new one, haven't had that problem yet, but I'm afraid of it happening again. :/ I also don't like that I can't use a reusable K-cup. I have a favorite organic coffee and I can't use it with this coffee maker. That's VERY depressing. I would recommend the old Keurig but not this one. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: First One Stopped Brewing, Can't Use Any Coffee, Can Only Use New K-cups

My brew pot is hard to put in place and coffee pot has to be raised to put in right place. I have had trouble with it brewing only one cup at a time. I would only recommend with reservations

The 2.0 is my second Keurig brewer and although my 5 year old brewer still worked ok, I opted to upgrade and I am happy I did. I love everything about the K550 2.0.....it's quiet, easy to use and like my old Keurig, it brews an excellent cup of coffee every time! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Was introduced to Keurig with a commercial unit at the office. Now have one at home and we use it constantly. Handy in that my wife and I are on different schedules so brewing a regular coffee pot is wasteful and usually results in someone getting cold or stale coffee. Also, it is much easier to brew a single serving of tea and we are drinking much more tea which is healthy.

Makes great coffee with minimal effort. We love this brewer so much we bought a second just for our motorhome. I just wish it came standard with the insulated carafe.
