Makes Great coffee

We love the covienience of being able to make individual cups of coffee at any time of the day. We are not very happy with the feature that reads the top of the K-cup. We had some favorites that are not Keureg brand that we can no longer use due to this freature.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Love The Convienience
Cons: Loud, Only Keureg K-cups, Pricey For Whole Family

I absolutely love that we can now brew a whole pot of coffee, not just a single cup. My husband uses the carafe to brew enough coffee to fill his thermos and leave me a cup in the morning. We purchased the brewer right before Thanksgiving and it made dessert and coffee time much easier. We love how easy it is to use and clean and how customizable the display and tank colors are. The only negative about this brewer was it didn't take any of my old kcups (the cups without the silver band on the top); however, keurig customer service was amazing, as usual, and replaced my old cups with new cups that work. We are very happy with this brewer.

Cons: Doesn't Take Old Kcups

I wish I had my old one. Can't change temp and after adding cream not hot enough. Can't brew travel size mug. And have to hold button for hot water and only 6 oz. And can't use own coffee.

This is our 2nd Keurig Brewer and we couldn't live without one. My husband likes strong coffee and I like medium and flavored coffee - having the ability to buy a variety of K-Cups keeps us both happy. It keeps our guests happy too! My only complaint about the 2.0 would be lack of 12 oz setting like the older models had and having to hold the brew button to dispense hot water. With our old Keurig, I could just brew without a K-cup in place and have hot water for tea or whatever else I might need hot water for. Now, I have to stand there and hold the button. I do love the nightlight feature and the variety of colors to choose from.

Cons: Hot Water Dispensing, Needs A 12 Oz Setting

My first keurig and I love it

I use the keurig for coffee, hot chocolate and green tea and it's amazing, this is my first keurig ever, my husband bought it for me for Christmas. The only thing I didn't like was that there are only certain k cups can be used and my husband a lot of the ones that wouldn't work, other than that I love it.
