I found love again after my Vue!!!!

My Vue stopped working on me and I didnt know what I was going to do. Just when i thought it couldn't get any better, I saw the Keurig 2.0 K550 in Bed Bath & Beyond,did a little research online by phone and decided to take it home and fell totally in love!!! Its greatly designed eye candy for my home Cafe Station,with a choice color water reservoir light,nightlight and timer, brews the prefect KCup and full carafe flavor(we have many favorites ) at the perfect temperature. I absolutely love it!!!
Pros: Durable, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Stylish

Keurig 2.0 system

This is my 1st experience with Keurig. Basically I like it more as I use it. At first I was disappointed I couldn't use my fresh ground coffee I like. But having fun experimenting with the different Kcups available. The carafe that came with my kit doesn't keep the coffee warm for very long. I would use it if I was pouring for a few girl friends, but making a pot to last the afternoon is out. Largest volume on a single cup is 10oz. I would a larger option. Doing 2 kcups gets spendy for me. I really don't have a use for the carafe so next time I'll go for a smaller machine. Will definetly replace this machine with another Keurig when I need too. My only complaint is that the largest cup it makes is 10 ounces. Otherwise I am very happy with the 2.0 Brewer.

I would have liked better control of the coffee making process, like we had on the old Keurig, such as the default on cup size which defaults to 8 oz and I want 10 oz. if there is a way to do it I would like to know. Otherwise we are happy with the new 2.0 model with its new features like hot water on demand.

We like the coffee pot and the convenience of having just one cup of coffee or tea if desired. We do not like the fact that the carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot enough.

I wanted to love this coffee pot. I loved the way it looked, love the carafe feature but that's where it ends!!! Coffee does not brew hot, took away 12 ounce setting, can only Brew 6 ounces of hot water, not to mention how I can't use the k cups I want!!!! I wish I stick with the brewer I had. Big mistake purchasing from keurig 2.0 line

Great Brewer, But Needs Improvements

I like the ability to brew a carafe with this model. I have owned mine for about six months now, and it has gotten louder the longer I've had it. I've also had issues brewing certain K cups...the grounds would dump into the coffee at the end. Keurig has been wonderful with offering replacements for those cups. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
