I'd have to agree with the review about wanting a second hot cup of coffee. Is it possible to get a carafe with a heating element below it that plugs in to where the carafe attaches to the machine during brewing? Then at east when it's there, the carafe stays hot while the first cup is being enjoyed.
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Nice brewing system but has drawbacks..

I received this Keurig from Influenster for testing purposes, and I actually (for the most part) really like it! I don't get too fancy with my coffee, so this simple brewing system works great for me. I also like that I can fill a carafe at once if I'm making coffee for me and a friend (or if I'm filling a large travel mug). The only downside is that it's specific to Keurig pods, which severely limits the market for the type of coffee and tea I can buy - I'm a little sad about that since there are some flavors out there I really enjoyed. I'm also a bit concerned about not being able to use an eco-cup, which is a feature I loved about my old Keurig system. The design/look of this machine is very nice and easy to use, and looks great sitting on the counter in my kitchen. I really like the customizable display screen, brewing options, clock, and lighting. I hope Keurig can address the pod and eco-cup issues with this brewing system, or any other models they create in the future - more people would fall (back) in love with this system if you did!
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Large Pot
Cons: Limited Features
I would recommend this to a friend!

KEURIG'S 2.0

I've been a Keurig user since 2010 and look forward to that 'perfectly made cup every time" to start my day. So I was pretty pleased to learn the 2.0 would be sent to me complimentary by Keurig. I like the new design, looks great on my new kitchen counter. And I appreciate the fact that the display is better positioned than the Platinum edition which I've had for some time. Another surprise was when I tried the 'strong' setting, my daily cup of Millstone Breakfast Blend tasted better than ever. But I would be remiss if I didn't say that I'm disappointed in that I can no longer use ground coffee in My K-Cup, and that the brewer only recognizes pods bought directly from Keurig. This is a huge disservice to all the loyal Keurig users, and I hope that Keurig will change that quickly.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Cannot Use My K-cup, Uses Keurig Branded Pods, Loud
I would recommend this to a friend!

We own 3 Keurig machines 2.0 last purchase. We do not like this machine. Cost more to use carafe than 4 k cups. Water does not get as hot as other machines. Can not use some k cups even though purchased through Keurig. Plus side it looks nice. I do like the hot water dispenser but it only provides a small amount at one time.
Pros: Hot Water, Large water reservoir, Stylish
Cons: Long Brew Time, Orignal K Cups Do Not Fit, Not hot enough, Carafe More Expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes it fills a 10oz cup to the brim and sometimes not. Coffee definitely not hot enough especially if you add milk. Definitely prefer the older model which I had used at a family member's home. This k 2 was a gift and would return it if I knew how.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SO disappointed. The machine itself is great and works great, I will give it that. However... I wasted A LOT of money on buying k-cup compatible coffee pods that do not work in this machine. I do not like most of the coffee Keurig offers so... REALLY REALLY unimpressed that they did not advertise this. I will be returning this machine tonight and will not be purchasing another Keurig product. Tassimo it is.
Pros: Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish I had my old B60 back

So far I'm not too thrilled with this machine. I've brewed for 3 days, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and so far they all taste like plastic. I'm hoping this will go away soon. The other thing I didn't realize is that I can't use my Trader Joe's coffee pods in this machine because they don't have the little black Keurig spot. So that means watch out for the logos you purchase! Also, this isn't compatible with the accessory that you use your own coffee and put it in their little k-cup filter. Won't work. Now I have to buy only Keurig brand products, thus limiting my choices. I also find it complex in programming. I miss my old one touch, get the right size, get the right coffee button. Now to brew a 10 oz, it is several clicks on the fancy touch screen. Personally, I had to find a place to store the carafe, which I DON'T want--which I was under the impression was the reason to have a Keurig to begin with..single, personalized cups. Anyway, I'm not happy with the "progress". Wish I could just have back my old machine (which finally conked out after 6 years).
