I was VERY disappointed when I discovered that I cannot use a refillable cup to use for brewing. This is getting really expensive having to use only Kurig cups!!!

We enjoy our coffee so much more with the Keurig than we did with our regualr brew system. Love the varieties of coffee etc.. Has made coffee drinking fun again. Love it.

Husband and I work different shifts, so it is convenient to brew one cup at a time. We use carafe on weekends. This is my 7th Keurig purchase-have given as gifts, used at work, and in our travel trailer. I wish my favorite coffee was 2.0 compatible, that's why only 4 stars. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my brewer. There were a lot of negative reviews, but the bottom line is, the brewer is great. This is my first Keurig, so all I know is buying the products that were designed to work with the Keurig brand. Sometimes I don't get the entire 6 ounces of water that I request, but I chalk that up to 1) just refilled the water, the system just dispensed what was already in the water line or 2) there was no water in the line at all since I just put water in the resevoir, so the machine has to get water in the line to dispense. I use the Keurig, my husband uses it and my son, so it takes a pounding and performs great. Glad I made the purchase to draw my own conclusions.
Pros: Stylish, Brews quickly

From the start, I was happily surprised to receive my machine in 3 days with standard shipping. Came pretty much ready to use. Directions/booklet very easy to understand. Very stylish and easy to use. Coffees and teas all brew quickly. New user so I haven't used many different ways yet and not enough time to speak about durability although machine seems as though it will be.
