The coffee needs to be hotter. It gets cold quickly, even in the carafe.

Use every day. Coffee is one of the best. Would like to be able to have desired cup size to remain at last setting rather than having to reset with each cup. Also, many of the K cups sold at retail will not work in the 2.0. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

When friends stop by, we use the single cup use because everyone likes different strengths of coffee. But for parties I love the carafe because we add Kahlua and other spirits. It's the best of both worlds.

Stopped using it, wife likes specialty K-cups and this one will not brew them. Held hostage to Keurig k-cups only. Also, one can not use the $19.95 "make your own coffee" dispenser Kuerig sells. Not very happy with this Kuerig B550 brewer.

Cons: Limited Features, Long Brew Time, Complicated Controls

A good coffee brewer

Brews a good tasting cup of coffee very fast and with little effort. You can only get 8oz. or 10oz. of coffee for each brew requested. However you can brew back to back brews, which I do because I like a large cup. I like a large cup first thing in the morning. I like to make a smaller brew latter through-out the day. I do use this brewer all the time and find it fast and little effort to keep clean or for clean up. .
