I use the product daily. It is quick in brewing and coffee is always hot. I have had trouble buying K-cups in the store. Not all are compatible.

I love Keurig brewers, but it does not seem right that I cannot use other maker's pods in this brewer. It seems a bit greedy to charge more than others and not allow users to choose. This is a huge drawback for me.

Fantastic Upgrade To The Keurig Line

I have mine in my cubicle and its just fantastic. this is my 3rd keurig 2 are at home. Many complaints have been launched at this version but I dont feel they are accurate at all. Have not had a single issue with any of the drinks I make. If I had to make one request it would be that the hot water on demand be able to be temp controlled. The crafe sizes are perfect for 2-4 people to enjoy.

I have not been a coffee drinker but got a Keuring and it has transformed me. I love that it is easy to make a cup. I am not wasting extra coffee as one cup is plenty for me. Thanks Keuring for the free packs for this review.

My Upgraded Keurig

I upgraded from the Vue700 to the 550 2.0 model. I noticed you can't adjust temperature settings. Happy I can still use Vue Packs for a bigger cup size. Wish you could make a 12 ounce cup using a Kcup. It is great that you can use all the Cup sizes of coffee in the model! With that being said will be able to find coffee locally easier than with the Vue 700. We got 2 of these one for our camper as well!

I Adore My Keurig

I admit to being a coffee snob. A delicious cup of coffee is very important to me. For the longest time, I thought about buying a Keurig but because I am on a fairly tight budget, I hesitated asking myself if I really needed one to make a good cup of coffee. However, I was watching an online shopping network the Sunday before Thanksgiving and there was a wonderful Keurig 5.0 Special. I decided to take the plunge and have no regrets about doing so. The Keurig makes a wonderful and delicious cup of coffee - among the best cups that I have ever had. It makes a perfect cup for me. It is so easy to use, even fun. I love the variety of K-Cups offered and I am enjoying experimenting with the different coffee brands and flavors. This is one purchase that was well worth it. No regrets! However, in the beginning there were some disappointments. I found my first cups of coffee to be weak. I had to experiment with the brews and ended up wasting many of the K-Cups that came with my Keurig. What I discovered that my best cup of coffee is four ounces. I have learned which coffees I need to brew regular and which I need to brew extra strength. Expresso and Dark or Ultra French need to be brewed on regular for me while Columbian and other roasts need to be brewed extra strength, again for my tastes buds. Because I prefer the four ounces of coffee, I go through three to five K-Cups a day which adds up money wise and causes me to buy K-Cups frequently. While waiting for a Keurig order. I bought some boxes at one of my grocery stores and even though Keurig was on the outside of the box, inside my individual cups did not have the Keurig stamp on the top and could not be read by my Keurig. It was a wasted box and it was not cheap. I buy most of my cups from Keurig.com. I have joined the club and I get rewards but I am disappointed to find that my rewards do not go towards the purchase of coffee K-Cups. I think this is something that needs to be changed. But going back to my first comments, I adore and love my Keurig. It was money well spent and a good investment. Like I said, there are no regrets! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.
