Love my Keurig- has some initial problem

I use the Keurig every day. I thought I would you the carafe more but I like the variety of a different kind with each cup.
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to use, Durable, Brews quickly, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Large Pot
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Clock Does Not Keep Time, 2 Units Broke

This is a great unit. The carafe is great for weekends when we are not on the go. We really like how you can change the color of the background screen along with the light under the water. The auto on and off is nice so you do not have to worry about warming the water or forgetting to shut it off. Overall we enjoy it and would recommend it to a friend!

Great machine but could use more options

I love this new machine. I use it multiple times a day. I like that there are more cup sizes and a much larger water reservoir. I wish that the cup sizes would work for the hot water option. In order to get enough hot water to fill a cup, I have to usually go through three cycles. Also, the hot water doesn't always come out in 6 ounce servings. Sometimes it's less. I have also found this true with the carafe. I use the carafe on weekends when more people in my house are sinking coffee. I choose the biggest option,however, it doesn't always fill to the maximum. The types of coffee are also limited in the carafe option. I can't wait for Starbucks carafe K cups. The options now are not strong enough. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I love Keurig. This is my 4th one! I wish this one could make more than 10oz for my travel mug. I didn't like the idea of not using my own coffee when I want to, but I love all the different varieties of coffee, tea, and other beverages. I love the Snapple lemon tea.

LOVE My New Keurig

I had the older Keurig and decided to upgrade. I use it everyday and love that I can set it to come on before I wake up in the morning. If I decide to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon, it only takes a few minutes for it to warm up. The one thing I do miss with this new system jus the 12oz size of coffee option.
