Wonderful Upgrade

Disclaimer: My husband and I received this product free from Influsenter for testing and review purposes. And we are over the moon about our new Keurig! We really appreciate being able to brew an entire "pot" of coffee for when we have guests over, or family holidays. We also appreciate the ease of the touch screen, and the larger water storage. The machine is very smart, as in, we don't have to ever wonder what's going on. The machine will alert you when maintenance needs to be done, or you are not doing something correctly. The only down side is that we have to prop the machine up to be able to fit my husband's coffee tumbler under the dispenser. He uses this every single morning, so it's slightly annoying, but not a true flaw. Almost every other cup/mug/tumbler we have fits perfectly.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Great Coffee maker

Don't believe some of the hype , this is a great machine. As for not being able to use up your old k-cups with the 2.0, just cut the lid off a new K-cup and place it over an old one, it works great!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Easy to clean

Love the carafe

The best part of the newest Keurig is definitely the carafe. I love that I can brew more than one cup at once, although the carafe is a bit small and I do wish it had a warmer to sit on to keep the pot hot. I love that you can set a timer for coffee to brew also! Another thing I love is the ability to get hot water from the machine, if I'm making tea or something. The biggest downfall is the new "branded" K-cups, because now I can't use a bunch of the old K-cups I had lying around with the new machine.

I love that I can brew hot water specifically, but I have to run the function once or twice to clear out left over coffee grinds even after taking out any old cups. It's a little loud, and on occasion when I press the button to brew a carafe it will only brew a cup instead. So then i press the carafe button again and it gives me the full carafe and the pot almost overflows! But it's no big deal I'm just happy I can have the full carafe. I love the design, its so easy to open and fill the water reservoir and i love that I can set it to four different colors! Also that I can change the background on the touch screen. I have no idea what the high altitude setting is, but I like the option. I just wish that I could use a refillable k-cup. It just makes it almost less practical for people to go out and buy this new more expensive Keurig, despite the many new benefits of this 2.0, to have to buy expensive Keurig brand K-Cups for every single cup. And to have to buy both k-cups and carafe cups all the time is a bit too much for most people.

Cons: Loud, No Refill Cups, Drips For A Long Time

Love Keurig brewers

I wish I could have 12 oz choice cup of coffee. More choices of decaf! Hotter water.

Missing a few "Perks"

We use the brewer daily and we are finally getting used to it. It has taken a while. We miss some of the features of our previous Keurig brewer.
Pros: Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Brews Hot
Cons: Limited Features, Lacks A "grounds" Cup

Nice unit but not worth the price, and more complicated that my old Keurig Elite and doesn't work as well. After about 1 months use it stopped working. When customer service was contacted, they said the needles probably needed cleaning. That fixed the problem (so far) but my old unit never needed that kind of cleaning. Bring back my old unit

Cons: Complicated Controls, HARD TO CLEAN

Upgrade to best Keurig pot

The average coffee mug is barely filled by the largest cup setting - big coffee pot carafe that brews small amount on largest setting and coffee is lukewarm. It tells me my k cups aren't keurig and the keurig symbol is on the pod. I wish I had never upgraded.

Cons: Long Brew Time, Complicated Controls, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
